Had to look up where Lake Livingston is. We all don't live in TX. Now, where is "TX"?

Where on earth are you from if you don't know where Texas is lol

Oh Savage, I remember now ! "Go to Texas on vacation & leave on probation !". Same place ? LOL ! CW is a worldwide forum & the quartz interested me enough to where I had to research where Lake Livingston was when a simple "TX" was all that was needed. Often people seem to think they are talking to a neighbour here. By the way, I live on Simpson Bay Lagoon. LOL !! Just having fun with you, so don't take me seriously. Nobody else does ! LOL !!

Hey Bobbie. Seems like I was a bit slow picking up on your posts. Really good stuff. Savage, ck out the arrowheads & Indian artifacts shown on Bobby's display/coffee table ! Glad I stopped to harass ! LOL !!

Small size often used for hunting birds and small animals. Several stones have that color, like Jasper, petrified wood. Quartz with yellow pigment would be clear for the most part. Either way, the ability for whichever stone to flake well would have been key. What a find!
