A triangular piece of rock covered with crystals. Unfortunately I am not a rock and minerals expert although I have a fair amount of them. The quartz like crystals are all four sided they can be seen easier in the side view photos.
It is 6 inches on the longest side with some gray rock on the back side. Looks like something from a mineral spring of some sort.
Special thanks to Martika for the information on what this is. These are apophyllite crystals with okenite. Okenite is the puffy white mineral on the apophylite.

Lol, Nevada! You have got very creative imagination!!! :D
I will risk it, the bigger crystals might be apophyllite crystals. I have got very similar at home. The little 'cottonball' white lumps looks like okenite mineral. They are often found together - they like each other company.
I can't provide you a link, but google 'apophyllite, okenite'.
If I'm right, there is a big possibility your mineral is from Poona, India. Most of the apophyllite crystals are coming from there.

I just wanted to show some similar specimen. You can compare are the crystals same or not - your eyes are better than any photograph.

Okenite is the fluffball, apophyllite is the cube shaped, but it also occurs as rectangular, tabular or pyramidal crystals.
