    From a private collection found in the mid-west in the early 1900's by Dr. Osten a Nebraska amateur archaeologist. His grand daughter had most of his collection the rest is in the Harrington, Nebraska museum. Any information on the type of tool is appreciated.

      Where it's been possibly broken has been reworked and is worn with good patina. They didn't wasted anything they made and it's not sharp enough for a scraper. The wide part of the blade is very smooth, shiny and worn down.
