    Saw this at Good Will. I bought it wondering about a time period as I am redoing my Study/Library to reflect French Cottage all lights work either all on at same time or bottom, then middle three, then top then off can you tell me anything about it no marking I have seen. but its approx 3 feet tall and weights 35-40 LBS. Any help would be appriciated

      I love Glass, not sure if it is just glass or crystal...not my field of expertise. I just love to DIY. so When I saw this I fell in love with it, bun not sure it will go with my new redo of French Cottage, any help would be appreciated.
