Got this at the Restore. I've found several of these with a red colored field behind the "Special Blunt" but only one other with a green field. On the side it states that the manufacturers recommended price be more than 8 cents but not more than 15 cents.
The four holes in the bottom are supposed to be there. I'm guessing they were for keeping the product fresh. That just seems wrong to me though.
What year is this from ? Haven't seen one before very nice.
I don't know the date. There isn't one on the tin. That's pretty normal.
