This is a little over 7" tall, base is about 2" across.
The top looks like it has silverplate, or silver embellishments. See no markings on them.
Glass has a pearl quality to it.
Cannot tell if it is contemporary or vintage. Just thought it was lovely.
Any help is most appreciated.

Not new. ca 1900. Bohemian production by Kralik. Nice example.
