1912-1918 and the colors and gloss are great on it!! I bank at Wells Fargo and I thought it was cool. I found it in a antique shop in Downtown Jacksonville. Happy Hunting!!!

Nice one!! And there's that cute little model again!
Originally the sign was just the triangle part of your sign. It was called a "call card". Merchants hang it in their window to let drivers know that were to come "call" to pick up a package. I believe the originals were made out of cardboard, not sure about that. In 1913 they added a heavy metal rim around the outside because merchants complained about them getting damaged.
My guess is that yours is a much later copy of that sign
