Everyone brought their best rubbish to the flea market this morning. Good stuff was non-existent. I paid $1 for this pretty vintage bangle.
I never imagined I'd find a Lea Stein creation at a flea market....just goes to show what I know!!
THANK U to my friend kyratango for solving my Mystery!
Thanks for stopping by.

agreed! good find once more!
Very nice Bonnie, I don't know very much at all about bakelite jewellery, but I do love the colour of this!!!!!
Lea Stein, Paris! Around 1970, Betty posted one here:

Ah! Lea Stein? I know that name well!!!
Thanks, kyra~~~~~~~!!
Lucky you! I read about Lea Stein and love her creations. I have seen some of her work in antique stores for a nice amount of money but I don't have any of her pieces. I have a few lookalike/inspired by her ones but they don't come even close to the real thing:( I have not posted them because they are really second class.
freiheit - I've seen Lea Stein brooches on Bargain Hunt...that's as close as I've ever come to one of her creations until today!
Well, you did it, girl! This one is your prize for hunting LOL
What a find! Wonderful!
"Everyone brought their best rubbish to the flea market this morning." :DDD
Gorgeous find! Im envious!
Thanks, all! :-)))
So unique Bonnie... I love the twisted candy cane look :-)
How great is that. Lea Stein for a $1. Totally, and absolutely incredible. Those colours are right up my alley.
