This is the china that was used in the Los Angeles City Hall Cafeteria. This pattern was used for at least a couple of decades and was supplied by several manufacturers including Wallace, Shenango, and Caribe.

This setting was made by Caribe and bears the date code for 1968. It includes a 9" plate, a 6 1/4" plate, a 4 3/4" small bowl, and a cup with saucer.

My father in law was the Economic Development coordinator under Mayor Bradley He was a civil engineer that build a lot of the city infra structure I thought no one had this china around I still have the cup and saucer In those days it was hard to do new development and my father in law was the go to guy that cleared away red tape so things could progress faster. Good to see I now have a famous cup and saucer
