      It's "Ingraham".

The model called "Adrian" was manufactured by the Ingraham Clock Company as blunderbuss2 points out above. It was offered in circa 1915 and originally listed for $8.90. I think it's well designed and manufactured. We have one which is pretty accurate for a mass produced mechanical clock of this type. They do require periodic maintenance. You can find an appropriate pendulum bob on eBay for about $10. Do a search on "Ingraham Bob". Regarding your Cuckoo Clock, you should post it separately with more photos. There are a number of Cuckoo Clock Collectors here. Perhaps someone can help you with it. Thanks for sharing.
