Just curious about this silver piece that We inherited from a family member; not sure if it is sterling or silver plated but it is quite heavy; only marking we can find on it it pictured; piece quite tarnished and is need of cleaning but is quite elegant; not sure of age either; any info would be greatly appreciated.
