the pattern is called 'Frosted Ribbon' and this covered compote form was first made in cryatal by Bakewell, Pears & Co.; but the finial is a match to Duncan's 'Ribbon' pattern. So I'm thinking this is maybe a Wright reproduction.

"Gillian"- I am new to collecting thing. I been purchasing basic candy dishes to build bird feeders out of them. I think these 5 covered dishes that I purchased at St. Vincent De Paul in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is too rare for garden art. I am trying to see if they are worth keeping, taking to a flee market/etsy to try to sell, or make build feeders out of them. As in the same questions- I was in a hurry and plus did not know if anyone would respond. Thanks for everyone's help. I will delete your comments now. I do like this site will constantly use it and share my finds. Carl
