So these are two felt dolls which appear to be male in uniforms of some sort. The one on the right I would guess is Scottish, the one on the left looks to be wearing a Crackerjack of some sort, so maybe Russian Navy? Wild guesses, if anyone has a clue, and or any other information about these guys, please share and greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking.
