    Hi! This was painted prior to 1965. I know this because it was locally framed and dated in 1965. I'm hoping someone can translate. Thank you!

      It's not a translation that you need, its understanding who's signature and seal mark it is, you can research online, there are many many seal marks, but look to Chinese landscapes, cheers Peter

      This is a Japanese landscape. Fairly generic and I am doubtful if it is possible to find something on the painter. 1965 or a few decades earlier is about the time when this was painted.
