Nice! Should be easy to read if you can scan it or take a picture of the entire page, not folded. I can only read the first part you have in the correct angle:

An agreement made and entered into this 25th day of May 1813 Between Joshua Hearne of Armley in the County of York, ---, of the one part and Joshua Huld the younger of Ansthorpe in the same County, Esquire, of the other part

The stamp says Agreement the other stamp "Two Shill(ings) P Quire".

Sorry, looking closer it rather looks like a capitol F in the last names, so an agreement between Joshua Fearne and Joshua Field

Last paragraph: As witness the hands of the said parties the day and year aforesaid.
The X mark of Joshua Fearne
      ---, James Dufton
      Edwin Smith (?)
      Josh Field Jun(ior)

Both Joshua Field the elder and the younger appears on various legal documents from Leeds. Joshua Field the younger and perhaps his father, too, lived at Austhorpe Lodge, Leeds, Yorkshire.
