Such a pretty little vase or jar ( I initially thought it was a small posy vase missing it's frog, but it's looking like it might be the bottom half of a jar).
Unfortunately I know nothing about it so this post is full of questions rather than any useful information, sorry.
Even determining its approx. age is difficult, it's so clean!
It has some wear on the base but not much, I wondered if it could've sat in a frame?
I also wondered if it could be Bohemian or from somewhere else?
The colours are on the outside of the white with no a clear glass coating.

Any help with it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

Looks like Franz Welz candy jar, lid missing.
There are knowledgeable people on CW.Take a look at mine here:

Oh, that's really nice. Lid missing or not, it's quite a beauty!

Thank you. When I first saw it I thought it was a posy vase missing it's frog (as they usually are) Interesting that you both think it had a lid. The foot is very deeply 'cut in' to the base of the vase, do you think it once sat in a frame as well?
Ivan49, thank you for the link, they're the same colours but the green doesn't glitter like other Welzs I've seen in that decor, but it wouldn't surprise me. Hopefully someone will recognise it.
Scott, thank you. I'm over the moon with it ( even without a lid:) I love collecting different varieties of spatter glass.

Ooh, CW has categorised this as Bohemian, how do they know I wonder ?:-S

Franz Welz confirmed in comments and I suppose CW has knowledgeable stuff. Some of my posts have been moved, too.
I wish they had better control on posts where people boast having cheated charity shops. Very indecent, indeed.

Hi Ivan, I wish they would explain their decision. Franz Welz was mentioned here but not confirmed. Its quality looks on a par to Welz and Bohemian but, other countries made nice glass too and I've not seen this exact decor in Welz glass before, all the Welz green I have glitters :) I've not seen it but agree with you that boasting of cheating charity shops is bad. Everyone likes to get a bargain occasionally but, personally, I've spent way more in them than the value of stuff I have, hopefully it evens out in the end, lol.

Fran, I'd lean towards Welz as well...the way the pieces of the colored glass are jagged reminds me very much of the individual pieces seen in many Welz vases, too. Some call it 'decoupage' which I personally think describes it well.

Hi Michelle, thank you for your comment & input. I did think the 'decoupage' (it does describe the effect very well:) resembled other Welz decoupage decors I have and it has a Bohemian 'look'. Did no other makers have decors like it? Also it has an unpolished rim, which I learned lean toward it being Bohemian. To think it could be Welz is wonderful news, I've lost count of glass I've had which has turned out to be Welz
