    This has been sitting in our garage for more years than I can remember. Acquired by my now deceased Dad . I would like to know what it is so I can find an appropriate home for it . unfortunately quite rusty and need of quite a bit of restoration.

      where is home, most likely has ties to a town near by....

      Looks like there are numbers or marks cast into some of the parts. If so, what are they ? Look for "B. Franklin" scratched anywhere. LOL !
