12" Japanese Pottery Urn

I purchased this urn at a charity event. Was wondering if it is Satsuma, unsure of the mark on bottom. It is 12" tall, moriage, gold gilt, painted Asian ladies in flowers, colors are green, deep blue, reddish color and gold on a creamy color crackle glazed background. Any help appreciated.
