Can anybody tell me if this is actually WWII Kriegsmarine & what rating it would be ? Appears to be cut from cotton cloth of T-shirt grade. I'm not having any luck ID'ing it. The other is a German "tinnie" that basically says "United" & shows skis, so is probably a sports competition tinnie.

Ben, I've poked around there & a lot of other sites. I'm not one of those who throws something on CW because I'm too lazy to research on my on. I can't find the blue oval or the yellow anchour ,that's not "fouled".

Sean, Jacky saved that for me from a boat that was sunken in a hurricane that NOOA & The National Hurricane Center decided, in their infinite wisdom to not tell us about. The failure of their responsibility cost $millions of losses in damages to property, boats, aircraft etc.. Nobody who lived thru that, trusts them anymore !
