I'm going to trust this is Kralik - it has a faint acid-stamp arch mark that is associated with that firm. It stands just over 9" (23 cm) tall. Depending on how you count, there are at least three (maybe four) layers involved with this piece. The interior is clear cased, then there is a layer of pink with blue frit. That is again clear cased, this time with an additional layer of colored frit at the base.
This is gorgeous. Especially the pinky ground.
