Uranium Vaseline Glass Double Handled 7 1/2 Serving Dish Plate

I just got this from a Garage sale, and drove home and went into my dark Laundry room Under a Black light and it glowed nice and greens especially in the thick areas and handles.

Its nice, its pretty. Its 7 1/2 Inches in diameter, but 9 Inches with the handles. So I did it! I found my first Uranium Glass. Now, I don't know who made it, and I don't know when. So Anybody in Collector word who can help me, post please!!!! I don't know the maker or what era it is from.
