This brass wire and wood hand tool is believed to be late 1800's or early 1900's but we are unable to identify it. The wire has been formed into its shape and welded, possibly in two parts and attached with a small hood, then attached to a 10 inch handle. Appears to be delicate and not for heavy work. Have thought it could be used as a guide or hook perhaps in sewing or mill industry?
