Antique ornate spurs.Very unusual head and shank and also strap plates. Appear to be military in appearance and are of 2 piece construction. Made of solid brass and fairly heavy.I have had them looked at by 2 highly respected Civil War relic experts. I am a CW collector as well.Both have agreed that they are not modern and appear to be from that period but neither have seen this style of CW officers spurs. They were from a Massachusetts estate. Has anyone seen these before? Thanks
