This is an Antique Buddha figurine w/5 babies. I stands approximately 7 1/2 inches tall and is 7 inches wide and 5 inches deep.
It belonged to my Mother who passed away back in 2004. She was 73. She collected antiques most of her adult life. I'm not sure when she acquired this particular piece.
On the bottom "HONGKONG" is printed in small red letters. Both stamps are approximately 1 inch long.
If anyone know history or anything else about this piece, please let me know.
Thank you,
Pete

He is Hotei, smiling Buddha God of happiness :-)
Search Google images for him.

Thank you Kyratango. I still cant seem to located this particular mold. Most have the Buddha with his hand on his left knee holding a chain. Mine has his left hand on his belly holding a gold chain with what looks like maybe a red rabbits foot?
Also, the baby at the botton center is crawling uup ansd to the right. Most of them I see he his just sitting there.
Not an antique. The red mark "HONG KONG" dates it to mid-century +/- 1950s. He's holding Buddhist prayer beads.
