I was out yesterday and happen to stop by this place and there it was the 1932 Gas To-Day gas station tin sign. These signs don't turn up too often so I was happy to buy it and put it in my collection. Gas was $.11 a gallon back in 1932 so I put the $.11 on the chalkboard. 84- year-old sign.
April 20, 2019 the Coca-Cola sign is hanging in the living room. I added a better photo of the sign.

Actually, think about this. The purchasing value of the dollar today is less than 10% of then. Devaluation of the U.S. $, or what the gov't. covers up by calling "inflation".
