It is beautiful, she is from the late 60's to early 70's likely. That was a period of extreme production in italy of plaster and metal lamps and many businesses were set up in this export market during the late 60's to about 1980 or so. Most were not signed and most made of plaster. Have seen the short tables these pieces were placed on also and some had marble tops with Italian marble tops up to 24 inches in diameter. I used to find a lot of them in the 90's at garage sales. Your example is of exceptional quality as usually the quality was poor at best. I started a collection of posts here where I will add more of this variety of lamp. Phil.
