Where'd that come from?

My grandmother had given this to my mother many moons ago. My dad and I started to clean out the garage which has not had a visitor for a long while. I turned around and saw this estate fresh air oven. That is the only information I could find it. Wondering if anyone knows the back ground of this oven and maybe the year? Might be a cool gift to have restore this and have for my grandmother on Christmas!
