Can you post clear photos of the name? One photo isn't enough. You can put up to four photos. There is an Edit button on your page.

The set is called a parure are the stones paste?
    3. lee120275 lee120275, 8 years ago
They usually come with a brooch but If you no longer wanted it in the future I would list it that way as buyers look for parure percifically

The clasp on the necklace is broke on one end of the necklace, but the rest of the set is fine. There is no broach with this set.

Lee120275....what do you mean ..are the stones paste? How can I tell? This is all new to me.

Thank you all very much...one more question. ...does this type of jewelry have any value? I got it from a friend in Georgia. She told me it was very old...

      It is very pretty.

The clasp does not look broken to me, at least in the current pics. That hook is supposed to catch in between rhinestones on the opposite end which makes the length adjustable.

That's good to hear Davyd. Thank you for the info...thanks everyone who taught me something...it's been in my jewelry box for about two years. Appreciate everyone's input.

The set although not rare, certainly has some value, and it should stay together.

      It dates from around 1955-1960.
