One of my favorite decor type for Czech glass (1918-38) is the millifiore cane cased in glass. The process of creating the cane themselves is a long and laborious process. I'm sure glass historians know much more than me about the glass trade- but I did find out that the Bohemian glass region stretched into (what is now called) Venice. Glass Supplies must have been traded back and fourth throughout this part of the world that there are similarities in glass designs as well. Please look at these pieces for small clues as to who made them. Guesses are always welcome. I love that canes were put in to increase the complexity of the design. Especially when it was just treated like any other glass-chip gather thrown into a piece. The canes give an odd 3-demensional effect with the stretching and forming of a piece

The 4th pic is the first example of production I have ever seen which I would venture to say may possibly be Rückl Tango Murano based on the now infamous line art. The line art shows it on what appears to be a red ground, and obviously a different shape (we do not even know if those shapes are actual productin shapes), but this is the first thing I have ever seen which actually has a multitude of cane colors as shown in the line art. I would still like to see an example in the red ground as shown in the line art, but this is an extremely interesting example. Can not say I have seen this decor in real life before. Thanks for posting the image Jericho.

Agreed it really could be that elusive Ruckl Murano ... I've often wondered what it could look like and this may just be an example of it ..... great image find Jericho.

Please end the waiting and post some answers to these and earlier puzzles. Eager to learn about all the more unusual examples you seem to find.
