Pressed glass taper candle stick

This is a pressed glass candle stick I found in a charity shop, and I wonder if it has any age, and if so when it may have been made?
There are no makers marks visible and I am not sure of the style - Art Deco perhaps?
It stands at almost 25 cms high on a 12 cm diameter round base.
It also has an unusual tulip shaped taper candle holder with frilly edges as seen in the photos.
