Turn of the Century brass lamps

Hi Everyone, I have a pair of these brass lamps that I am trying to identify. The concave glass lenses are very pronounced and unusual. The only markings on the lamp say, "Poustecky, USA". I can't anything like them.

I had them appraised a couple of yrs. ago and was told that they were Turn of the Century carriage type lamps and were valued at around $500 each.
