I just got this and a smaller one just like it at the flea market. I think it is awesome and so did my cousin who was visiting from Minnesota at the time so I gave her the smaller dish. It looks like a feather but it is a palm leaf. And that is all I know.
It's pretty, but it's a palm leaf.
