Shadow Agate Snuff Bottle

Another great carving on this one!

One one side it features a scholar standing up holding lingzhi fungus, another scholar sitting down, a bat, a pine tree and more fungus overhead.

On the other there is a house nestled among the rocks, with fungus and a pine tree.

The linzi fungus represents wish granting as well as longevity. When you combine it with the bat the meaning is may your mind be clear when blessings arrive.

The pine, rock and fungus means "May the aged pine honor you with longevity."

This one is also well hollowed, with a slightly concave base, and is large - measuring 6.8cm.
