I found this boomerang made and painted by Aborigines at a resale store for $5 and I thought it worth the price. Also found the tin turkey platter like mom had when I was a kid for $4 and I love items that bring back my childhood. I will display it at Thanksgiving!

I love to treasure hunt and like the saying goes, "one man's trash..." It is interesting to observe what others treasure and the items that I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon at a great price are often not the same as other shoppers. That is good, however, bc I get the boomerang or the tin turkey platter that reminds me of my youth! Plan to try to get in some hunting tomorrow! Hope I find some goodies to share!
