I really don't know much about this little doll. A client of mine gave it to me a few years ago. I am going to pass it on to my daughter.

What does her foot say on it ?
I'm not sure. It looks like ur days IREM or IRENE? The end of the word looks a little smudged.
I put another (clearer) photo of her foot.
I picked a little doll up at a thrift store many years ago, I remember thinking 25 cents is awfully cheap for this little cutie! She is clearly made by the same maker as your doll in the picture...I will post a picture of mine.
