    heavy plate measuring 12.5" in diameter...not marked, not Steuben, any ideas? the birds appear to be carved or acid etched into reverse of plate. crystal clear, I took the pix on a blue mirror

      Your plate is Sasaki, Japan 'Wings' pattern in lead crystal.
