This morning I got a message from Geri to come and look at a bunch of silver to see if there was anything in it I wanted. She, like me, is a bit of magpie with jewelry. When people turn in jewelry for the money, she squirrels away the pieces which are much too fine or interesting to destroy. She thought she had some of this stuff long enough and so offered it to me. I bought "some"....a lot of "some"!! I thought these earrings were just gorgeous. She sells it to me for about 1 Euro a gram for only the silver. Gem weight is disregarded.
Marked ZII for 835 and with a maker's mark.
I have more, which I will post later.
