Antique Rocking Chair

I was wondering if anyone can help identify this rocker. It has a lot of unusual woodworking as well as a pretty unique "rocking" mechanics which you will notice in the last photo. The chair is made of solid wood and has a small footstool (see photo #2) that goes with it. The chair. It has a set of coiled springs in the seat and has a cloth covering on the arms, seat and two places on the back.
