1968 L & L WMC 8217 / 8896

Hi,

I came across this piece at an estate sale. It is marked 1968 L & K WMC on the bottom. Not sure if it is a sconce or swag light. There are no wires and there is no bulb socket. It is 13" tall and 7" diameter (at middle). Glass is frosted and is orange in color.

I am hoping that someone can shed some "light" as to what this, and possible value.
