Chinese Tea Set that belonged to my mother-in-law

This is a hand painted Chinese Tea Set for four with gold trim. As you can see, the colors are still bright and beautiful. This was found with the original packing papers in its original silk covered box. This belonged to my mother-in-law. We found when cleaning out her house and we have no idea of its history.

I have found nothing about it. I have looked at 100's of marks and patterns and found nothing. The mark on the tea pot seems to be a little different than the marks on the cups

These pics of the marks are as good as they get. The marks were rubber stamped and therefore have smeared and faded in places. Can any one help me with this? I'd like to know any thing about the mark and maybe the age.
