The red, yellow and black spatter decor and the export mark on the underside seem to indicate this is a product of Franz Welz Klostergrab. It measures 8" (20.2 cm) tall with a diameter of 3 1/4" (8.3 cm) across the throat.

Another great piece of Welz. Although I do not personally use the mark to confirm attribution, it can help to support one. This decor is classic Welz and found in all kinds of shapes including some documented forms in Welz production literature to include the scalloped fan.

Thanks Craig - I always appreciate your support. I was pretty sure this was Welz because of the decor. I'm still fixated on the marks but have learned to use them more as a compass than a confirmation.

Thanks to all for the loves.

I forgot to mention that this is also a new shape to me....
