This is a Welz trophy vase in the décor known as Oxblood and Green. The Welz trophy vase comes in several different trophy shapes and sizes and many décors.
In image three you can see three décors, with the common thread of each having the same shade of green within. The shade of green is the same but the sunlight comes from above and thus the green looks darker the further away from the light it is......the smallest looking darkest.

Very nice Peggy, but the one I flipped over is the tall one in the last pic... the graduating color from top to bottom... the thick rigaree... the gold foil= the total package!!
