We bought these two plates to our favorite dealer Dorita. She said they were French because she obtained them from a lady that lived for a long time in France. In fact Sergio loved them, but for me they were not interesting enough. They were signed and numbered; it was so hard to find what it was written till I realized it says Italie. Thus, most probably they are from the region of Firenze for the French market. They are very rustic, as if they were very old, they are a bit naïve. The way of the mark are similar to those of Bittossi, but there are no B. Thanks for looking and any commentary is welcome.
