The People's Common Sense Medical Adviser 1913?

The People's Common Sense Medical Adviser by R.V. Pierce M.D. There's two names and addresses dated 1913 and on the back cover there is writing about the San Fransisco earthquake of 1906. I looked up Nelson Haas and it looked like he may have worked for the San Fransisco Fire Department at that time. This book is very interesting to read.
