Blue Overlay Glass Snuff Bottle

I think this bottle is fairly old, because I got it in a lot with some other old bottles.

There appears to be a problem with the glass - the dirt on it is actually in it, not "on" it and forms streaks around the bottle. Haha! So it must have gotten there when the bottle was made. The carvings on this are very abstract, and the bottle reminds me of the blue overlay I have of dragons forming a shou pattern. So that makes me think that the intention may have been to form some kind of symbol. However, it doesn't appear that it quite got there!

The best I can make out is that there are deer grazing on one side under a tree and a single deer and tree on the other.
