On a recent city clean-up day, I found this gem out on the curb to be disposed of at the local dump. I think it is from the 1940's and is currently used by my wife as a container for her potted flowers. I'd love to know the specific year it is from and help determine if it should continue to be a flower display or be resored to its former glory.
