mickey mouse lapel watch ?

I have no clue when or where I got this must have come in a watch lot I bought along time ago.I compared the back side of movement to a Ingersoll cord lapel watch its close but not a match .It also has a partial decal on the back only thing I can see is the bottom heel of mickeys yellow boot .does anyone know year o this and name lapel ? and is it rare thanks for looking .
