Didn't spot the watermark at first and haven't found too much info out there regarding this firm. Once I zoom in there is a heart shape with the letters V & C (north to south) and E & I (west to east) in the centre. Either side of the heart is 18 & 34 respectively. I would imagine this is the year of print. Below is the single word 'Magnay'.
The writer is one J. Thomason who was a Lieutenant-Governor in India for the last 10 years of his service there. He was appointed Governor of Madras by QV but did not survive to assume post.
The info I seek is more on the firm itself if anyone can assist
    Regards
