Need Help IDing this Antique Asian lamp with heavy cast base

I recently received this 22 in high table lamp. its porcelain painted with geishas and floral Asian design. the base and top are trimmed with gold and heavy base. On the bottom of base is SCC 6248. if anyone has any idea about what era this lamp is from or any other historical details, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Christine
