She is a reproduction doll from a doll by SFBJ (Société Française de Fabrication de Bébés et Jouets. She was made in a doll making class most likely in 1980's 0r 90's At the time the real antique dolls were selling very high and this was a way to have a reproduction . You would paint it and they would fire it and sell you bodies ect . It was signed by person who painted it in class just a regular person :-) These make nice display dolls but have no real value in today's market .
